She has worked for chains such as Bourbon, Sheraton and Meliá and is currently the coordinator of Research and the Postgraduate Program in Hospitality (Master's and Doctorate) at Anhembi Morumbi University. She also leads the content of RADIX - Travel Design School, an innovative project created in partnership with Latitudes, Matueté, Primetour and Teresa Perez to train high-end tourism professionals. Daiana Arnold
An educator by training and passionate about the creative market, she is now creative director, working in partnership with her sister at Casulo Arq Design and Dexper Educação em Design de Experiência. She curates business immersions in Brazil and Dubai, and is a speaker and mentor on topics of ambience and behavior. Trained in NLP and a champion in public speaking competitions, she contributes to the Abayomi Academy, Revista Hotéis and is co-author of the book Liderando Juntos. Founder of Academia do SER, she is dedicated to inspiring families to cultivate leadership and protagonism with purpose, preparing the next generation to transform the world.
