Vinicius Zampieron
I have been an entrepreneur since 2009, I started in the family business with the loss of my father, I had to take over business early and I spent 10 years doing it. I decided to leave it to my brother and that's when I opened my first company on my own and I went broke during the pandemic, which is when I decided to buy an office at V4 Company and I've been here ever since. I have a degree in Management from FGV and a post-graduate degree in Marketing from Uniritter.

Douglas Camargo
An executive with 28 years' experience in the tourism sector, he has a degree in Tourism from Anhembi Morumbi University, an Executive MBA from Insper and is currently studying for an MBA in Digital Business Management and Artificial Intelligence at USP. Fluent in English and Spanish, he has built his professional career in different parts of the tourism supply chain, working for airlines, car rental companies and in the corporate travel segment. He is currently Executive Director of ABRACORP - the Brazilian Association of Corporate Travel Agencies, which brings together 23 of the largest corporate agencies in Brazil, representing and strengthening the sector on the national stage.

Marcelo Marinho
With a bachelor's degree in tourism from the University of Pernambuco and a master's degree in Marketing from New York University, Marcelo Marinho is the Executive Director of ICH Hotel Management, heading up the Marketing, Sales, Revenue Management, E-Commerce and IT areas of the company's more than 40 hotels distributed throughout the country, under the Intercity Hotels, Yoo2 by Intercity and Tru by Hilton brands. The executive has worked for the company for more than 20 years and is an important part of ICH's successful trajectory, which has completed 25 years of history. Passionate about gastronomy and wine, Marcelo is also a sommelier with the ABS - Brazilian Association of Sommeliers.

Juliana Andrade
With a degree in Leisure and Tourism from USP and a postgraduate course in Marketing, Juliana began her career at Academia de Viagens Corporativas in 2015 as an intern and since then has worked in various areas until reaching her current role as CMO and partner. She is passionate about creating and managing projects that boost the corporate travel and MICE market, as well as acting as a speaker and moderator at events in Brazil. A self-confessed pet lover, she loves traveling and discovering new destinations, but also values being at home, enjoying good times with her family.

Josye Perine
Worked for over 17 years in the pharmaceutical industry. More than 22,000 people trained in subjects such as leadership, sales and communication. Member of ATD (Association Talent Development in the USA), graduated from FGV in Commercial Management, Neurolinguistic Programming, Neuroscience and Executive Coaching. Owner of Minddoors Consultoria de Educação Corporativa.

Jonas Esteves
Marketing Director of the JPLP Group (Mamma Mia, Neni, El Fuego and Cinema Paradiso), Jonas Esteves has extensive experience in performance marketing and franchise networks. He worked at Chocolate Lugano, leading the expansion of more than 250 franchises in Brazil, the USA and Canada, and at the Zaffari Group, where he led the digital transformation of the brands. He is a benchmark for innovation and results in the sector.

Rafael Guerra
Marketing and Communications Manager at Fraport Brasil (Porto Alegre and Fortaleza airports), with 23 years' experience in marketing, communications and events. He has a bachelor's degree in PR (Unisinos), a postgraduate degree in Strategic Leadership (ESPM) and is studying for an MBA in Marketing (PUCRS). He has worked for Grupo RBS, Opus Entretenimento, CDL and Unimed Porto Alegre. He was Marketing Director at ADVB/RS and has been a member of the ARP board since 2022.

Danilo Lopes
An engineer and entrepreneur for 15 years, he has dedicated himself to developing technologies that improve management and the visitor experience in large areas. Danilo is CEO of ID40, a startup specializing in the development of Smart Maps for events, resorts, parks and cities. ID40 is a technology partner of companies such as Yazo and Grupo Ease, and has contributed to the digitalization of the operation of major events, serving organizers such as Festuris, Fiera Milano Brasil, Grupo FCEM, Messe Muenchen and Beauty Fair.
