Born in São Lourenço do Sul, she has a degree and a post-graduate degree in Social Work from the University of Pelotas. She has served as Health Secretary of São Lourenço do Sul, coordinator of Famurs' Health and Environment Unit and Planning Director of the State Health Secretariat. With extensive experience in public management, she is currently Deputy Secretary of Health for Rio Grande do Sul.
Ronaldo Santini
Ronaldo Santini was also in charge between March 2021 and March 2022, before taking over the Extraordinary Secretariat for Supporting Political and Administrative Management. From January 2023 to August 2024, he headed the State Secretariat for Rural Development. A law graduate, he was elected state deputy for the third time. He also served as a federal deputy between 2018 and 2020, during which time he was a member of the Parliamentary Agricultural Front.

Dr. Luiza Birck Klein
Graduated from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, she is an ophthalmologist with a specialization in oculoplastics from Hospital Banco de Olhos, Santa Casa de Misericórdia de Porto Alegre and Grupo Hospitalar Conceição. She is a member of the clinical staff at Gramado Clínica de Olho, coordinating the eye plastics department, where she works with an emphasis on eyelid surgery and facial aesthetic procedures.
Marcelo Pantoja
An executive with 20 years' experience in building and leading high-performance teams, Marcelo Pantoja has been SulAmérica's Life and Pension commercial executive director since May 2025. A Production Engineer from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), with an Executive MBA from COPPEAD/UFRJ, he built his career in the consumer goods sector, with a distinguished career at Ambev. He has held commercial and operations management positions in Brazil and the United States, and has led business units focused on technology and innovation for B2B solutions.
Dr. Tacyana Picinin
Doctor graduated from the University of Southern Santa Catarina (Unisul/Tubarão), specializing in Ophthalmology at the Governador Celso Ramos Hospital in Florianópolis. She did a fellowship in Contact Lenses at the Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre (HCPA/RS) and is currently a member of the clinical staff at the Gramado Clínica de Olhos (GCO/RS).
Daniel Giaccheri
Daniel Giaccheri, an administrator with a degree from INSPER-SP and a Master's in Finance from PUC-SP, is a founding partner of São Pietro Hospitais e Clínicas, which operates in specialized hospitals, a network of ophthalmology and urology clinics with branches in Porto Alegre, Canoas, São Leopoldo, Taquara and Xangri-lá, and in the senior living segment. Daniel is also currently vice-president of SINDIHOSPA for the 2025-2028 term. He is also a member of the Brazilian College of Healthcare Executives (CBEXS).
