Director of the company Inclusiva - Acessibilidade Arquitetônica e urbanística, consultancies, reports and projects. President of the Gramado Municipal Council for People with Disabilities - COMPED. Founding member of the Gramado Association of People with Disabilities - AGEPED. Founding member of the first postgraduate course in architectural accessibility in Brazil.

Chief Felisberto Cupudunepá
The Balatiponé people, from the Umutina-Balatiponé Indigenous Territory in Barra do Bugres (MT), are taking the strength of their culture, the beauty of their territory and the innovation of their ethno-tourism project to the main tourism fairs in Brazil. Recognized for integrating environmental preservation, cultural appreciation and income generation, Balatiponé Community-Based Tourism invites visitors to live authentic experiences, led by indigenous hosts, in a territory rich in biodiversity and history.

Coordinator of the LGBTQIAPN+ segment at the Bahia Government Tourism Office. She works to strengthen inclusive and diverse tourism, developing projects and actions aimed at valuing, promoting and welcoming the LGBTQIAPN+ public in the state.

Lorenza Cortés
Lorenza is Colombian, a textile designer, jeweler and currently works as a tourism advisor for ProColombia in Brazil, based in São Paulo. Her career has been marked by an interest in understanding the reasons why people travel, explore new destinations and connect with different cultures. She believes in tourism as a tool for transformation and works to position Colombia - the Country of Beauty - among the top five destinations most desired by Brazilians, promoting its exuberant landscapes, cultural diversity and incomparable hospitality.

Fabiana Oliveira
With over 16 years' experience in managing public tourism policies, she coordinates initiatives aimed at developing innovative tourism products. She also coordinates the implementation of strategic projects such as the National Tourism Award, the Black Routes Program and the Trails Network. She has a degree in Tourism from PUC Minas, with further training in Ecotourism Planning and Management (JICA/Japan and UnB), Tourism Destination Management (ONU Turismo) and Marketing and Social Media (FGV).

Ed Salvato
A specialist in LGBTQ+ tourism with more than 25 years of experience, former editor of OUT Traveler and co-author of the Handbook of LGBT Tourism & Hospitality, he is a world reference in inclusion and safety for queer travelers. A professor at NYU, he also works as a consultant for destinations and brands, promoting welcoming and diverse tourism experiences.

Jimmy Mendoza
General Manager of Pride Peru Travel and has been working in the tourism sector for 15 years. Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to offering a service of excellence, providing positive, safe and unforgettable experiences. Her career has been marked by the development of tourism programs in various cities in Peru and, more recently, by expansion into new countries in Latin America.

Psychologist, psychoanalyst, graduated and post-graduated from UFRGS, historical activist, Director and creator of the Baile da Diversidade Fair and the First RS Lgbt+ Entrepreneurship Forum, author of the historical, homoerotic novel, in e-book on amazon, "O Muro do Mosteiro e Além".

Juliana Palomari
With over 18 years' experience in the tourism industry, she works in destination marketing for IMAGINADORA, representing the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB) in Brazil. She is responsible for promoting Miami as a welcoming, diverse and vibrant destination through strategic actions, training and campaigns aimed at the trade. An enthusiast of diversity and cultural connections, she believes in the power of tourism to celebrate identities and inspire inclusion.

Alvaro Machado
Biologist, specialist in Social Ecology and Master in Tourism from UCS. A civil servant at the RS Department of Tourism for 32 years, he coordinates Tourism Segmentation, working with Trails, Geoparks, Birdwatching, Pet Friendly and LGBT Tourism. He implemented the Nature Tourism Program and created workshops to train the LGBT public.

Pedro Rosinha and Martha Rosinha
Pedro is president of the Amores Fati Institute. Martha is Pedro's mother and is also an inclusion activist and vice-president of the Amores Fati Institute. The Amores Fati Institute is a non-profit organization that promotes the full and effective inclusion of people with disabilities, offering training, employability, accessibility and awareness projects. We work to transform realities and build a fairer, more inclusive society.
