Luciano Potter
Active in the media since 1999, he has hosted dozens of radio, TV, and podcast shows, in addition to contributing to newspapers and websites. He covers national and international events such as World Cups, TEDTalks, and innovation and technology events throughout Brazil and around the world. Over the past 25 years, he has conducted more than 5,000 interviews—some important, some lighthearted, some sad, and some joyful; some serious, and some entertaining. A quarter-century of listening, but also of speaking, filming, and writing. In his talks, shows, podcasts, and videos, he teaches the art of deep listening and celebrates friendship as a bridge to genuine human connections, transforming voices into bonds that inspire, inform, and humanize the world around him. And since 2018 and 2019, he has been the father of two boys—the true and sweet challenge of his life.

With a bachelor’s degree in tourism and more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Bruno Reis has a proven track record in leadership positions at the Ministry of Tourism and RIOgaleão. He served as CEO of EMPROTUR/RN and Vice President of Fornatur. At Embratur, he also served as Director of International Marketing, Business, and Sustainability. Currently, as head of the agency, he is working to reposition Brazil on the international tourism scene.

Raphael Ayub
Raphael Ayub is a lawyer, businessman, and the current Secretary of Tourism for Rio Grande do Sul. He served as Secretary of Tourism in 2022 and as Deputy Secretary of the Secretariat of Innovation, Science, and Technology from 2023 to 2024. He has a proven track record in financial institutions and as a corporate board member, with extensive experience in the credit market.

Leonor Bernhoeft
Leonor Bernhoeft is the founder and CEO of LTN BRASIL, a company with more than 30 years of experience in the tourism industry, serving the corporate, leisure, luxury, and events sectors. With a degree in Business Administration, she was born in Peru and built her career in Brazil. She believes in the power of travel to broaden horizons, forge connections, and transform experiences into unforgettable memories.

Flavia Zülzke
Flavia Zülzke is CMO of Rede Deville, where she leads marketing and sales strategies for its business units: Deville Hotels and the international franchises Marriott Airport Guarulhos and The Westin São Paulo. With extensive experience in the tourism and entertainment sectors, she helped establish the Avianca Brasil brand and has worked at companies such as Live Nation, Sony Music, and Cultura Inglesa.

Sandra Gabriel
Sandra Gabriel is a doctor and entrepreneur at HeyDoc. As the artist’s mother, she closely followed his journey until his autism diagnosis, turning her personal experience into a mission to provide support and raise awareness. For the past six years, she has dedicated herself full-time to managing her son’s career, advocating for music as a tool for development, inclusion, and transforming lives.

Claudia Maldaner
Major Maldaner holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Caxias do Sul (2022), a bachelor’s degree in military sciences from the Military Police Academy (2014), and a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Caxias do Sul (2009). He is currently a major in the Rio Grande do Sul Military Brigade and Chief of Staff of the CRPM Hortensias - Gramado.

Roger Wingert
Roger Wingert, 40, has been married to Gabriela Scur for over two decades and is the father of Marco, Maria Clara, and Chloe. A native of Gramado, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and master’s degrees in Human Resources Management and Tourism Business Management. At the helm of the Kraken Group, Roger has turned dreams into experiences that have become benchmarks in the Serra Gaúcha region: from the tradition of Scur Pizzaria to the magic of Cara de Mau, and the charm and sophistication of the Gatzz Dinner Show. With over 25 years of experience in tourism, Patty combines expertise, communication, and content to show that traveling goes far beyond simply visiting places: it’s a way to broaden horizons, forge connections, and collect stories.

Rita Vasconcelos
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Tourism from Estácio de Sá University in Rio de Janeiro. She has served on the board of Abav RS for 20 years, including two terms as president. She currently serves on the board of Abav Nacional. She is a member of the Fecomércio Tourism Council, Comtur Porto Alegre, and the state-level Conetur. She is the owner of RC Tour in Porto Alegre.
