Jussara Höppner to receive the Silvia Zorzanello Trophy at Festuris

This year, the name of Jussara Höppner, director of the Mini Mundo Park, was nominated by the city's legislature

Since 2011, when the Silvia Zorzanello Trophy bill was created by the Gramado City Council, individuals and companies that have distinguished themselves in the development of the tourism industry nationwide have received the honor every year.

This year, the name of Jussara Höppner, director of the Mini Mundo Park, was nominated by the legislature based on her important history of family entrepreneurship in the Serra Gaúcha. "Ms. Höppner's work is worthy of this important recognition, as her dedication leaves a legacy both in the tourism sector and socially, through the Mini Mundo campaigns. The Chamber's Board of Directors is very proud to nominate her for this award for people who have brought Gramado to the level it is today," said the president of the Gramado Chamber of Councillors, Renan Sartori.

For the first time, the honor will not be presented in a formal session at the City Council. The ceremony will take place during the Festuris Closing Happy Hour, on the afternoon of November 5, at Serra Park. "It will be a moment of pure emotion and, this year, even more special because the ceremony will take place within Festuris, an event created by my mother, together with Marta, over 34 years ago," says Eduardo Zorzanello, Silvia's son and CEO of Festuris.

The trophy perpetuates Silvia's memory and legacy for her years of work for the development of tourism in the state and region. "The tribute to the Höppner family, in the name of Mrs. Jussara, who contributed so much to tourism development, is well deserved," Zorzanello said.

Jussara Hoppner thanks everyone who has been with the family on this journey. "Our greatest joy is to see that this feeling of always doing our best in everything is being followed and carried out with the same affection and care by our children, daughter-in-law and son-in-law, and even by our grandchildren, who end up joining in this wonderful experience of making people realize how beautiful life can be when we follow our hearts," says the honoree.
