FESTURIS GRAMADO: Trip to Argentina and confirmation of new exhibitors shake up the week

Meeting Brazil - Teams from Gramado, Canela and Nova Petrópolis

With the frenetic return of the tourist market, trips, including international ones, are already filling the agendas of the team and CEOs of Festuris - Gramado International Tourism Fair, Marta Rossi and Eduardo Zorzanello.

From August 1st to 3rd, the entrepreneurs were in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Important meetings took place with the country's Minister of Tourism, Matías Lammens, and the executive secretary of Inprotur, Ricardo Sosa. On that occasion, the invitations to Festuris were formalized with the authorities. The event takes place from November 3 to 6 at Serra Park.

For the first time ever, Festuris will have a guest country, Argentina. The country will have a strong presence, bringing more than 15 cooperative members to the stand and presenting its wine product, a reference for the market.

Marta and Eduardo also took part in Meeting Brazil, where they were able to introduce the event to more people and meet up with friends and exhibitors already confirmed for the 34th Festuris. "It was a very positive agenda, we worked to reconnect with the South American market, strengthen commercial and institutional ties, and formalize the invitation to the event to the Ministry of Tourism and Inprotur," says Eduardo.

New exhibitors confirm their presence at the 34th edition

With less than three months to go until the 34th edition, preparations are already in full swing. This past week new exhibitors confirmed their presence at the event: Paradise Coast, Expedia TAAP, TAP, NBA Park, Swan Hotels, Ivory Coast, Tivoli Ecoresort Praia do Forte, Minor Hotels, Metodoc, Grande Hotel Araxá, Mátria Parque, Tortuga Bay.

The organization estimates growth of around 15% compared to the 2019 edition. This year, due to the large advance demand from brands to exhibit, Festuris has gained a new exhibition space, and the Food & Drinks Experience theme will be the event's new segmented environment.
