LGTB+ space at Festuris has the colors of diversity

At the 34th edition of Festuris, the space is curated by Jardel Hay.

The potential of the LGBT+ market in the tourism chain is nothing new for Festuris - the Gramado International Tourism Fair. More than 12 years ago, this audience gained visibility and relevance at the event, anticipating a global trend that was already being seen at the time. "Two women, in a small, conservative town, betting on this market," says Marta Rossi, founder and CEO of Festuris, referring to the inauguration of the space more than a decade ago, together with Silvia Zorzanello (who died in 2012).

At the 34th edition of Festuris, the space is curated by Jardel Hay. During the event, the Cores do Turismo award will be presented, recognizing professionals in the LGBT sector. The recipient will be Alex Bernardes, who will receive a trophy specially designed for the event by local artist Ronan Ribeiro. Alex is the co-founder of ViaG magazine. He has worked in the communications field for 20 years, with extensive experience in coordinating marketing actions and event productions.

LGBT+ talk returns in this edition

One of the new features this year is the return of the debate arena. Cássio Stedetn, an engineer by training and an artist by vocation, will be the moderator and presenter of Papo LGBT+. He is an actor, TV presenter and model, as well as a master in strategy and a specialist in communication, with an artistic background in theater, TV, film, dance, music and fashion.
