Cancellation policies
Cancellations must be requested by e-mailing eventos@rossiezorzanello.com.br. Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase will be refunded 100% of the fee paid, in accordance with Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code. Requests made after this period will not be refunded.
To cancel your transfer appointment, please contact reservas3@rossiezorzanello.com.br.
The transfer fee is a donation and will be donated to charities in the city of Gramado. In the event of cancellation, the amount will not be refunded.
